Unfinished little survival game, my first Unity project! 

It's all pretty janky: most of the artwork is stolen/none of it is credited, the tutorial is unfinished and there is no end game beyond surviving, but I had great fun making it.

Some things that the tutorial doesn't make clear/stuff that's straight up broken:

Pressing TAB or scrolling the mouse wheel will change the action mode, I intended to only allow certain actions after selecting a tool on the hotbar but didn't get round to it.

Building 3 stone walls in a hoizontal/vertical row will generate 2 types of useful buildings.

Bridges can be built across water: they aren't found on the build menu but are done by selecting build mode and standing next to a water block (they take 3 wood). This is the most broken bit AFAIK because it will often try and build whatever building you built last, and sometimes allows you to go into negative values for wood.

Hold shift to sprint (reduces stamina and increases hunger faster)

P to pause time

Period to zoom in

Comma to zoom out

M to open the map

Holding F charges up a fireball, but it's pretty game breaking so only use it if you're cornered! There also appears to be a bug where the fireballs don't despawn so you'll likely tank the frame rate if you fire too many without reloading the map.

Press ESC to save progress. It will crash the game but when you reload you should be on the same map/day.


If you recognise any of your artwork/audio files that are uncredited please let me know and I will add credits/remove the file from the build.
